Summary: On International Women's Day, 2021, this panel of landscape ecologists from around the world who identify as women will discuss challenges, perspectives, lessons learned in their careers, and advice for other women in the field. A short introduction and remarks from each speaker will be followed by a discussion and question-and-answer period. Topics will include advice to early career women in the field, and ways we can make change for the better within IALE and the landscape ecology community.
